    Submit a report with a title, description, up to 3 photos, and precise location (district/municipality + optional GPS pin). Issues are public and visible to the entire community.

    Community Voting

    Upvote and downvote issues to surface what matters most. Vote counts are visible to everyone, helping prioritize the most urgent problems.

    Comments & Discussion

    Add context, updates, or solutions. Like other comments. Edit or delete your own. Build community dialogue around real issues.

    Issue Status & Resolution

    Issue authors can update status: Open → In Progress → Resolved. Resolving requires an 'after' photo and note. A resolution timeline shows the full journey.

    Share & Copy Link

    Share issues via the native share sheet or copy a direct link. Links open in the app if installed, or show a preview on the web.

    Lost & Found Documents

    A dedicated module for found official documents. Report a found document with photo, location, and contact info. Owners can call and collect. Status tracking: Active → Handed to Police → Collected.

    Smart Location

    Every report uses Nepal's district and municipality structure (77 districts, 753 local bodies). Optional GPS pin and map for precision.

    Bilingual, English & नेपाली

    Full English and Nepali (नेपाली) interface. Switch anytime from settings. All labels, buttons, and content are translated.

    Dark Mode

    Light, dark, or system-matched appearance. Easy on the eyes, day or night.

    Notifications

    Get notified when someone comments, votes, or when moderation updates happen on your issues. Stay in the loop without checking the app constantly.

    Content Moderation

    Reports are reviewed before publishing. Users can flag inappropriate content. A moderation team reviews flagged items to keep the platform safe.

    Privacy & Security

    Google and Apple sign-in only, no passwords stored. Delete your account and all data anytime. Block users you don't want to interact with.
