How to recover a lost document in Nepal
Thousands of citizenship cards, licenses, passports and blue books are lost across Nepal every year. Gunaso's Lost & Found board lets you search for your document by name or location, and lets finders report documents so they can be returned to their rightful owners.
Steps to find your lost document

Open Lost & Found in Gunaso
Open the free Gunaso app and go to the Lost & Found section.

Search by name or location
Search by the owner's name or filter by document type and location to find a match.

Check the document type
Filter for citizenship cards, driver's licenses, passports, blue books or academic transcripts.

Contact the finder
If someone reported your document, contact the finder directly to arrange its return.

Or report a found document
Found someone else's document? Report it with a photo and where you found it, so the owner can reach you.

- What does 'Handed to Police' mean?
- If a finder hands your document to a police station, they can mark it with the station name, so you know where to collect it.
